Yes, you have up to 48 hours after placing your order to make changes or cancel. This includes updates to your design details, shipping address, or order preferences.

To request a change, please reach out to our team as soon as possible. While response times may vary outside of normal business hours, any requests made within the 24-hour window will be honored.

After this period, production may already be underway, and changes may no longer be possible.

Because each rug is custom-made to your exact specifications, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges once production has begun.

If you need to cancel your order, you may do so within 48 hours of placing it for a full refund. After this 48-hour window, all sales are considered final, except in cases covered under our limited warranty.

We work closely with you during the design process to ensure every detail is right before production begins.

We offer a few delivery options.

1. Delivery Only - We will deliver your rug to your front door or a home or business. This will require a signature. The cost for this option is $199.
2. White Glove Service - This service offers the rug to be brought into the room, unpacked and rolled out. Delivery service will move up to 3 pieces of furniture of 150lbs or less and take all the rug packaging away. The cost of this option is $499.

Unfortunately, our delivery teams will not take away your old rugs as we keep our trucks clean and they only transport new products.

Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a confirmation with delivery details and next steps. If you need to reschedule your delivery, simply contact Made4U Rugs and our team will assist you.

Most custom rugs are completed and delivered within 2–4 weeks from the time your order is placed. Timelines may vary slightly depending on the design and level of customization.

We’ll keep you updated throughout the process so you know exactly what to expect.

Yes, we’re happy to hold your rug until you’re ready for delivery. We offer up to one month of complimentary storage after your purchase.

If you need additional time beyond that, a storage fee of $60 per rug, per month will apply.

Before delivery, we recommend measuring all entryways, stairwells, and elevators to ensure your rug can be brought into your space. To account for packaging, allow an additional 6 inches to the width of your rug.

If our team is unable to complete the delivery due to clearance limitations, your rug will be left at the closest accessible location, such as just inside the entryway or in a designated package area.

Yes, if you select the White Glove Service our team will move furniture as needed to properly place your rug, provided each item is under 150 pounds. 

Please note, this does not include items such as pianos, pool tables, beds, or any furniture that requires disassembly.

At Made4U Rugs, every rug is tailored to fit your exact space. We offer both rectangular and round options, with sizes starting as small as 5' x 5' and going up to 15' x 25'.

At Made4U Rugs, we prioritize both quality and safety. Many of our rugs are crafted from natural materials such as wool, which is not treated with topical chemicals. Wool, in particular, is a great option for low-toxin-conscious homes, as it naturally helps filter and neutralize airborne particles.

Our synthetic options are also made without added coatings or chemical treatments, making them safe for both people and pets. To ensure durability and structure, most rugs include a backing that is securely bonded to reinforce the fibers and minimize shedding.

All of our rugs meet current U.S. safety standards, including California’s strict PFAS and VOC regulations for home textiles.

Patterns are created at a fixed size and do not scale up or down based on your rug’s dimensions. Instead, larger rugs will feature more repeats of the same pattern, while smaller rugs will show fewer. With some patterns carpets there could be a slight bow in the width or the length as this is tolerable through the CRI (Carpet and Rug Institute).

Our team carefully crafts each rug to your exact specifications. Due to the custom fabrication process, please allow for a slight variation of up to ±2 inches in both length and width.

At this time, we offer custom sizing in standard shapes such as rectangular, square, octagon and round rugs. Custom shapes are not currently available.

All our selections are bound at no additional charge. We offer Carpet Serging only on Wool Flatweaves and Indoor/Outdoor for an additional cost. 

Each option is designed to enhance the durability and overall look of your custom rug.

Carpet binding is a fabric that is sewn to the edge of the carpet to give it a clean appearance and prevents the fibers from fraying. We use a polyester binding that makes the color and pattern show through which makes the rug look more custom. 

All of our custom sized rugs are priced with this edge for no additional charge. 

Carpet serging is a spun thread that gives an area rug a more classic look that is timeless. Serging is only selected on our Wool Flatweaves or Indoor / Outdoor options. This option is an upgrade of $4 per foot. 

Example: 10’x10’ = 40 ft @ $4 per ft. for an additional $160.
