Please inspect each item upon delivery and contact us right away if you believe that it is damaged or defective, so that we can assess the situation and address the issue. While we are confident that you will be pleased with your purchase, we realize that things may not always be perfect, so our return policy takes those rare instances into account. The following shall apply to each and every transaction, in addition to the Terms of Use:
- Stock rugs must be returned within thirty (30) days of the date on which they were delivered to the Consumer. Stock rugs must be returned in resalable condition, in order for a refund to be issued. Made4URugs.com has sole and complete discretion to determine the condition of returned stock rugs and such determination shall be final and binding on the Company and Consumer. Made4URugs.com will contact the Consumer subsequent to its receipt of the returned stock rug(s) to advise whether or not the stock rug(s) is in resalable condition. Refunds for resalable stock rugs - minus delivery, shipping, and handling fees – will be subsequently issued in the same manner as the original payment that was received from the Consumer.
- ALL CUSTOM AND SPECIAL ORDER SALES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO CUT-TO-SIZE RUGS, ARE FINAL AND CAN ONLY BE RETURNED IF THERE IS A MANUFACTURING OR OTHER DEFECT. MADE4URUGS.COM HAS SOLE AND COMPLETE DISCRETION TO DETERMINE WHETHER OR NOT A MANUFACTURING OR OTHER DEFECT IS PRESENT AND SUCH DETERMINATION SHALL BE FINAL AND BINDING ON THE COMPANY AND CONSUMER.
- Delivery, shipping, and handling fees are not refundable.
Color Variations
The Consumer understands and agrees that colors of the goods that are being sold may vary, and as such, the Consumer shall not hold the Company responsible for any variations in colors that may be present in the goods that are delivered to the Consumer. The Consumer further understands and agrees that colors may appear differently under different lighting conditions, on different devices, screens, etc., and as a result, color variations may be present.
The Consumer understands, agrees and acknowledges that the Company has made good faith efforts to accurately represent the colors of the goods that are for sale, but that due to the inherent limitations of digital and physical representation, there may be variations in the actual colors of the good that are delivered to the Consumer.
The Consumer agrees that any color variations that may be present in the goods that are delivered to the Consumer shall not be considered to be defects in the goods and shall not entitle the Consumer to any claims, refunds, returns, price adjustments, etc. based on color variations.
The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage and/or inconvenience that may be caused by color variation(s).
Fitness and Use of Products and Services
The Consumer is solely responsible for determining the fitness and suitability of products for the use that is contemplated by the Consumer. As such, the Consumer is solely responsible to ensure that: (1) the products, goods and services that are supplied by the Company shall only be used for the purposes for which they were designed, manufactured, and supplied; (2) all third-parties who use or may be affected by the products, goods and services that are supplied by the Company are given full and clear warnings of any hazards that may be associated with them and that safe practices are adopted and utilized and complied with; (c) any warning notices displayed on the products are not removed or obscured; and (d) any third-party to whom the products are supplied agrees not to remove or obscure such warning notices. The Consumer understands and agrees to assume all responsibility for any and all losses, damages, and/or injury(ies) to persons and/or property that may arise out of, is connected with, and/or results from the use of any and all products, goods and services that are supplied by the Company.
Delays
The Company shall not be responsible for manufacturer and/or shipper delays and this term shall supersede and replace all prior discussions, understandings and agreements, oral or written. No refunds and/or price adjustments shall be made due to manufacturer and/or shipper delays.
Measurements
The Consumer acknowledges and accepts that it is solely responsible for the accuracy of all measurements that are submitted with each and every order. As such, the Consumer releases the Company, its Associates and Affiliates from any and all liability and responsibility for any issues that may arise from inaccurate measurements. The Consumer understands, acknowledges and agrees that the Company reserves the right to rely upon the measurements that are submitted by the Consumer and shall produce the goods based upon those measurements. Any changes or alterations that are required as a result of inaccurate measurements shall be the responsibility of the Consumer, including any and all associated costs.
